Series Overview, Systems Change

Building New Tables: A Seven-Part Series (Accelerated Schedule)

When they dismantle systems, we don’t just rebuild—we reimagine. And we don’t wait.

This seven-part series explores what happens when we stop reforming broken systems and start building alternatives outside institutional frameworks. As federal contracts disappear and technical assistance is dismantled, we’re facing not just a crisis, but an opportunity to create what we’ve always imagined.

What to Expect

Each post tackles a different aspect of building community-led alternatives when institutional doors close. From hyperlocal action to documentation as resistance, we’re mapping out paths forward that don’t require permission.

Why the accelerated schedule? The political moment demands immediate action. People are losing resources NOW. Communities are being impacted NOW. I’m releasing these tools rapidly because we don’t have the luxury of time to build our networks and alternatives.
